About

I have a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, including mental health issues, life and faith transitions, and complex interpersonal dynamics. I am focused on improving relationships for individuals and couples and fostering a healthy exploration of sexual health and well-being. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also offer a compassionate and understanding hand to those wrestling with identity confusion, helping them move toward a path of acceptance and pride.

My therapeutic approach is diverse and inclusive, utilizing attachment theory, minority stress models, trauma-informed practices, and a culturally sensitive lens to meet the unique needs of my clients. I provide therapy to adults aged 18 and older, and I offer therapy services in English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to empower my clients, helping them regain autonomy, learn self-regulation skills, and foster a more positive view of themselves and the world around them. Through my work, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and achieve personal growth.
