Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. You have made the first step in what could be a productive and exciting journey into change for the better. For the past 15 years, I have helped many clients make transformations in their lives, and it has been a joyful experience for me to be a part of that change. Looking for a new therapist can be stressful and filled with unknowns. I hope I can facilitate this process with you as smoothly as possible. Coming from the substance abuse field, I've had the privilege of working with clients in both in-patient and out-patient programs, as well as individually, and have helped clients with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. I do this by employing several types of therapeutic interventions to facilitate change. I have distinguished myself as having very close relationships with my clients and relating deeply and openly with them. While I will use my expertise and experience to guide us, I see us as partners in the process and will, therefore, take my lead from you.
