About

Therapy should be a safe place where you can be yourself and get the support and challenge you need to move forward. Whether you’re facing a difficult life change, chronic anxiety and stress, relational challenges, or you feel stuck with coping strategies that no longer work, we’ll work together to start building the life you want. I’m an active, compassionate therapist who will support and challenge you. We’ll start where you are—wherever that is—with the goals of better understanding yourself and what you need, developing tools you can use today, and tapping into resources you have to create new possibilities.

My goal is to offer the same care and skill that I would want in a therapist. I specialize in evidence-based therapies that lead to greater self awareness, confidence, and choice in your life. We’ll work to help you create a different relationship with anxious thoughts and feelings, that harsh inner critic, depression or stuckness, trauma, or addiction.

I understand what it’s like to live with trauma, anxiety, depression, and self doubt—and how therapy can help. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and couples to tap into their wisdom, strength, and creativity to find new ways of living. Reach out and let’s talk more about what you need and want for your life.
