About

The ideal client is someone who recognizes a need for change. Struggling with insecurity, loneliness, unshakable sadness, anxiety, stress, emotion identification and expression, self harm, trauma, gender/sexual identity issues, interconnectedness, and honest communication is commonplace in our current society. There is strength in reaching out to build connections and skills with a trusted professional. My goal is to help you do better in all aspects of life as I work alongside you to accomplish the same.

I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on individual identity and core beliefs. I incorporate mindfulness practices and narrative techniques to empower you in your journey. My personal mental health treatment history allows me to have a direct perspective that helps clients connect more easily.

My mental health journey began as a child struggling to find a sense of belonging in the world around me. I have been attending therapy throughout my adult life and find my perspective as a client is one of the strongest insights into my role as a professional therapist.
