Welcome! I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced significant physical, verbal and emotional trauma and abuse. I also have had the pleasure of supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, relationship/ family issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and PTSD, among other issues. I want to help clients to process their past, then work to set and achieve goals for the future they envision. I enjoy helping my clients find freedom in living the life they love. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I specialize in trauma, abuse, and breakdowns in communication within interpersonal relationships- both in marriages as well as within the family unit. I have experience working in a variety of mental and behavioral health settings, including residential, inpatient psychiatric care, as well as outpatient. Therapeutically, I want to help you to achieve your goals. I want to provide you with tangible tools, insights and strategies in order to make your goals achievable. I want to make you feel heard and supported. It is very important to me that we collaborate, and I will adjust and tailor my approach to your specific needs as we interact. You can do this!
