About

I enjoy working with teens (14+), parents, couples, neurodiversity, and individuals working through life transitions (parenting, career changes, etc.), identity development, and everything involved with…life. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma & neurodivergent individuals. I connect with my clients through curiosity, compassion, and a little humor. I have witnessed genuine change come when we're free to speak our truth, and it's met with warmth and authenticity. It's a collaborative journey where, together, we can work on discovering new meaningful experiences & relationships. You deserve this, and I hope to connect soon!

My eclectic style incorporates multiple modalities catered to your needs in a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment. I use parts work, EFT, EMDR, and CBT and include attachment theory. I am also Level 2 Lifespan Integration trained. Passionate about learning, I will work to meet and support you where you are to help find ways for you to thrive.

I am committed to being with you as you learn about yourself and what you feel may be holding you back. Add'l specializations include anxiety, ADHD, late-diagnosed ADHD, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, OCD & FOO attachment injuries. I offer an inclusive LGBTQI+ environment, currently accepting in-person & virtual clients.I look forward to connecting with you soon.
