Hi, I'm Brittany. I enjoy working with adults and teenagers working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, general life stress, self-harm and suicidality, and more. I desire to help clients individually and focus on each person’s particular needs and wants. As a queer therapist, it is one of my greatest joys to work with LGBTQ+ individuals and I love being there for people who want to work with a queer therapist who understands them on a personal level. I approach therapy from a lens of being open, accepting, and trusting, and I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. I have a casual, joking tone in sessions and welcome clients to come as they are. I'm also passionate about providing therapy to people who otherwise might not be able to afford it and am proud to offer a deep sliding scale. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I'm always happy to chat to see if I might be a good fit for you. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, crafting, reading, and playing with my cat.
