Life can present us with many challenges. I'd like to help. Throughout our lives we are faced with a multitude of challenges ranging from love to loss. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have experience in working with couples, families, and individuals to develop their story and build skills and perspective to cope, heal, and move forward. I have a strong belief and focus on the power of a strengths-focused, trauma-informed, multi-cultural, and systems approach. I am a clinician who is passionate about personal choice and wants to help others heal, grow, and live satisfying lives.
