Hi there! I'm Brittany DeBell, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who has been treating clients with a variety of Mental Health concerns for 8 years. I've helped many people find the words, strategies, and tools to get through difficult times by better understanding what strengths they have. Together we look at what's going on in your life, the thoughts and behaviors that are difficult, and implement simple steps to building the mindset, life, and relationships that you love. I like to use the CBT and solution-focused model of therapy and mindfulness-based practices. I'm also a 200 hr yoga teacher and have been known to bring meditation and light yoga into the therapy room too as the body often holds the tension of the mind. You can expect to take away new information on how our brain and body naturally function so you can work with it, instead of against it.
