Accepting New Clients-Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I like to follow a person-centered and eclectic approach which lets me customize your therapy to your unique needs. I enjoy working with people of a multitude of backgrounds and ages including both children and adults. I enjoy helping people overcome their anxiety, depression, addictions, body focused repetitive behaviors, relationship problems, and other stress or trauma-induced issues. Further, I believe that a lot of emotional turmoil is stored in our bodies and exploring this turmoil is essential to healing from it. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches with my clients. This includes both person-centered and cognitive behavioral techniques. I also use Brainspotting, a technique that uses the client's visual field to locate and process trauma as well as help with decision making and anxiety. I believe in creating an open, honest, and creative relationship with my clients. It is my opinion that empathy and understanding are the key to creating a successful therapeutic relationship. I hope that together we can find your path to a more fulfilling life through our therapy sessions. I look forward to helping you work on meeting your specific goals!
