I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have been working as a mental health counselor since 2015. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, NY and a Master of Science Degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University in Miami, FL. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, online and in schools. I have worked with people of all ages and seen people individually, in groups and couples. I have experience working with people who have suffered great hardships and significant trauma. View 3 Photos I have helped people struggling through PTSD and those constantly plagued by depression. I have a lot of professional and personal experience supporting people run down by stress and relentless anxiety. It brings me great joy to see people find the courage within and build up their strength to manifest a life that brings them joy. I believe the most important aspect of counseling is the connection and comfort we feel with our therapist. We all want to feel accepted and understood. I believe it’s very important to be open-minded and non-judgmental when someone shares their experiences with me.
