About

Every person has a unique story and can begin to heal when they have the opportunity to share their story. I aim to provide individualized care by considering every client’s unique strengths, identity, culture, and life experience. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender identity, intimate partner/nontraditional relationships, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and phase of life transitions. By forming a strong therapeutic relationship built on respect and trust, clients can safely explore how their beliefs, feelings, and values affect their mental health and overall wellness.

I use music, songwriting, journaling, and a variety of expressive arts in the therapeutic process and hope to help every client reach their highest potential. Together, we will identify areas for growth and set achievable goals so you can move towards living a more fulfilled life. I offer services for individuals, couples, and conflict resolution sessions.

I would be grateful for the opportunity share in this chapter of your story!
