About

You are enough. But it can feel hard to believe that when culture, family, society tells you otherwise. When you're told to be quiet and not take up space, you play small, mask, shape shift, and code switch. When you have to fight for a seat at any table, impostor syndrome and self-doubt set in. When you're shamed for your gender, sexuality, identity, or told your body is something to fix instead of love, self rejection, low self esteem and perfectionism shows up. It can feel damn near impossible to believe you are enough when you are faced with racism, misogyny, homophobia, ableism, anti-fatness and all the other "ists" and "isms". View 4 Photos

Experienced in working from a liberatory, feminist lens with Black, Asian, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous, Women of Color, I help global women navigate self-doubt, burnout, and cultural stress. Our sessions offer a space to unpack everything from impostor syndrome, boundaries, assertiveness, navigating toxic work and academic spaces, career pivoting and more.

Through our work together, you'll release feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness, reclaim your voice, rediscover your power, restore your sense of self-trust, reconstruct limiting beliefs, redefine your relationships with yourself and community, reconnect you with rest, pleasure, and play, and release yourself from the oppressive narratives in your life.
