About

Life would be so much easier without uncomfortable feelings, painful experiences, and inner turmoil, but here we are. As humans, we are the universe getting to know itself, in all our joy and pain. In my practice, I aim to accompany you, using a trauma-informed lens and psychoanalytic approach to explore your unconscious, on your journey inward. I believe each of us has so much to learn and teach from our experiences and perspectives if we can give ourselves the space and self-compassion to process them.

My background involves work with LGBTQ+ and heterosexual folks, with people exploring their gender and sexuality, life transitions, patterns of self-sabotage, and professional satisfaction. I have experience providing therapy on topics relating to relationships, family dynamics, and spirituality.

I aim to hear from all parts of you - in all their beautiful messiness - in a nonjudgmental, compassionate space that we co-create for you to grow and thrive. We start where you are and work from there, incorporating the impact of macro social structures on your wellbeing, finding meaning in your experiences, and integrating your unconscious mind.
