My ideal client would be someone trying to overcome addiction and the underlying mental health issues related to it. Individuals can learn how to deal with past trauma by gaining insight into healthier solutions and better self-awareness and identity. Goals worked on could be attaining a better outlook on life and the ability to facilitate change to overcome low self-worth and esteem associated with addictive personalities. I am both a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor who assists individuals in gaining self-awareness to facilitate change in their lives. I offer modalities such as EMDR, Brain Spotting, CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic means to help individuals with depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, and other mental health issues. I am 14 years sober and am very passionate about helping those who struggle with addiction and its underlying issues. I love to see people facilitate the smallest changes that will help them begin to live fuller and healthier lives. I assist people in gaining self-awareness and efficacy to learn to love themselves again.
