About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Colorado and Texas, I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training to my practice, focusing on mental health and domestic violence. My career is driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through a variety of challenges with compassion and expertise. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work and Sociology from Colorado Mesa University, where I developed a strong foundation in the principles and practices of social work. Building on this base, I pursued my Master of Social Work at Metropolitan State University Denver.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and have a background utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). I offer therapeutic support in areas including trauma, PTSD, child abuse and neglect, grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression and anger management.

My goal is to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I aim to empower clients to build resilience, achieve personal growth, and navigate their life's challenges with confidence.
