About

I specialize in working with young children and adolescents treating Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, and Difficult Life Experiences (Divorce, Identity, Self-Esteem, Family Conflict etc.). I enjoy helping children and families navigate the effects of trauma. Additionally, I am trained to work with LGBTQ+ Populations and supporting the LGBTQ+ Community through advocacy and creating safe spaces for everyone.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and helping children cope with traumatic experiences through story telling, activities, and games. I bring elements of play into sessions with children and live by the motto "Therapy Can Be Fun!". I am also certified to treat Problematic Sexual Behaviors (NOJOS) with NOJOS Sex Specific Treatment.

I believe that everyone deserves a place to feel safe and accepted just the way they are. Seeking help and beginning therapy can be scary and overwhelming, I am here to help begin your journey in healing!
