I believe that every moment filled with doubt, anxiety or pressure can be used as a catalyst for a fresh start. Your road to optimal mental health begins the minute you commit to change, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. I currently provide counseling services in the community of Columbia, TN and greater Maury County. My scope of practice includes individual counseling for adolescents and adults. I am also a licensed clinical supervisor for those working towards the the LPC-MHSP license. I have completed specialized training in EMDR (Levels I and II) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also incorporate 12-step recovery and DBT when working with individuals struggling with addiction. I specialize in substance abuse and addiction/recovery, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety/panic attacks, anger, and work/life balance.
