My niche is working with ages 2-18, however I have a passion for working and helping all ages! I love being able to support people through their journeys, no matter what their journey looks like and what step they're on. I believe that people are all unique and have different needs, so I like to take an integrative approach in my sessions. Some of the theories I use are person-centered, Gestalt, Adlerian, CBT, and more. I also have additional training in EMDR, Play Therapy, DBT, ART, and CPRT. I like to utilize different aspects from each to better meet my client's needs! I believe that everybody deserves to be heard, validated, and supported.
