I am Brad Hays, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 28 years of counseling experience. I am independently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. In today’s world, many therapists treat common issues like depression and anxiety, and I specialize in helping individuals struggling with mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, life adjustments, divorce, grief, abuse victims, sexual trauma, and anger management. My approach to counseling is direct, down-to-earth, and rooted in common sense. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also incorporate faith-based counseling, depending on the needs and preferences of my clients.
