I believe the purpose of therapy is for you to more deeply discover who you are, what you want, and how to get it. During therapy, I will do my best to honor your personal experiences and perspectives. You can count on me to provide you with honest feedback, and to offer suggestions based on my clinical training and life experiences. My theoretical orientation is rooted in a strength based client centered approach. I am conï'dent that you will reach your desired healing and growth if you are willing to work for it. I specialize in working with "at risk" populations providing supportive assistance and guidance with the goal of you reaching your fullest potential. As Co-owner of B A New You Counseling and Wellness Center, our team of mental health therapists provide a wide variety of counseling and wellness services including massage therapy and acupuncture. Our beautiful, 1,200 square-foot office provides a warm and inviting atmosphere to all.
