About

My mission in therapy is to guide clients to their full potential and to a place of well-being. As graduate of LIU with an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, I work collaboratively with individuals to resolve their inner conflicts and lessen the stressors of everyday life. Throughout my nine years of tenure in the mental health field, and as a former employee at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, I have helped clients through crisis management by using prevention techniques and coping skills.

I take a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy, incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, and ACT. My overall flow is unstructured, allowing clients to reflect on and challenge their existing ways of thinking when necessary.

I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support. Please reach out to their support team and schedule an appointment with me!
