About

Individuals of every ethnicity, culture, age, and background go through many life transitions, and as a therapist, Bizu works with clients to grow and examine their strengths in a nurturing, safe, and understanding environment. Whether it’s in their relationships, work, or identity, she helps them navigate their experiences with self-awareness and self-efficacy towards balanced well-being. Clients have expressed challenges with adjustment and anxiety from relocating, to job exploration, to the intersections of who they are, and Bizu supports all with care for the whole person.

She collaborates with clients through a personalized plan integrating ACT, CBT, and Existential approaches to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as they relate to their situation and story. Clients are empowered throughout the healing process by discovering and utilizing their coping abilities.

Bizu helps frame goals and solutions from a respectful holistic perspective based on resiliency, authenticity, and meaning. If you are feeling lost or having challenges adjusting, she will work alongside you towards the life you have envisioned and deserve.
