I specialize in growth-driven folks that are dealing with life - particularly stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and loss associated with COVID-19, difficult life transitions, anger management, PTSD, ADHD, couples therapy, supporting emotional health during child bearing years, infidelity recovery, internet sexual addiction, gambling addiction, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and psycho-social problems of elderly, gay, lesbian, transsexual issues and desires to live your best life. I enjoy working with the cultural diversity that is humanity, and I believe that no man is an island by her/himself. Therefore, collaborating with my clients to individualize each session by cultivating hidden strengths and cultivating the tools, and skills needed to navigate through life will be our goal every session. The telehealth services will continue for the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency. In addition to traditional hours, we offer sessions in the evening, Saturdays and Sundays to assist with work schedules. Conveniently located at College Park and Largo.
