Life can be challenging for many reasons. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by stress, feelings of loss, and/or disconnection. Often, we look around us and ask why others seem not to share similar struggles. This can lead to feelings of being stuck, confusion, hopelessness and/or feeling misunderstood. Therapy offers both a space and an opportunity for us to reconnect with those parts of ourselves that feel out of sorts.

I use both traditional and contemporary approaches to therapy such as insight-oriented psychodynamic work and mindfulness-based techniques.
