I am dually licensed as a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical alcohol drug counselor. I have experience with working in various mental health settings which allows me to provide individualized therapy to meet your needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopment disorders, trauma, grief, and substance use. I am proficient in a number of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, talk therapy, and play therapy. My goal for the individuals I serve is to assist them in achieving behavioral vitality through therapeutic services. I offer flexible hours, both in-person and telehealth, accept major insurances as well as self pay.
