I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families and integrate a family systems approach. I have experience in working with children (ages 10 and up), tweens, teens and adults. I am seasoned in working with those who suffer with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, body image issues, grief and trauma. I am trained in several trauma based modalities and enjoy helping clients whose lives have been impacted by trauma. I also have experience with and enjoy working with military members and families focusing on resilience and support as well as reintegration after deployments. Main treatment modalities utilized are: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Family Systems Therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), ATIP (Acute-Trauma Information Processing) I want to see people live their best lives and am passionate about assisting them in achieving their goals!
