Welcome. I am so glad you are here! In counseling, I practice unconditional positive regard, which means all people seeking counseling are welcomed, understood and accepted for who they are and where they are. As a therapist, I focus on showing non-judgmental care and concern first and foremost. I’ve worked as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in private practice, outpatient clinics and school-based programs in the greater Indianapolis area since 2008. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, life changes & stressors, chronic pain management, trauma/childhood attachment issues, childhood & adult ADHD, anger management, and emotion regulation. I use many evidenced-based types of treatments, with a focus on self-care and goal setting. I truly try to join alongside you in your journey and assist you! I am a a two-time graduate of University of Indianapolis in 2006 with a BA in Psychology and 2008 with a MA in Mental Health Counseling. In my free time, I enjoy playing instrumental band music, volunteering as a trained weather spotter for the National Weather Service, and volunteering for animal rescues. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
