About

Changes in personal and professional relationships, as well as life events, can affect your emotional and physical health. Seeking therapy can be a step in the right direction. For many people, talking with a therapist, who is unbiased, can help them see their problems, triggers and responses to situations and then discover ways to take action! Having worked with people challenged by chronic illness, relationship conflicts, parenting issues and aging problems for over thirty years, I can offer you a safe space to work towards your personal goals.

By using a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, individualized to help you make the changes you want to make in your life, I have seen many of my clients notice a reduction in their anxiety and/or depression in a short period of time.

Life gets busy and there's never enough time for yourself. My flexible schedule allows me to meet with you on weekdays and evenings. I can meet on-line or in person, whatever works best for you. Therapy is about you and for you! Please call to discuss insurance options.
