Therapy can help. I utilize a strengths based and trauma informed approach to partner with you and walk alongside you in your struggles and healing. I offer traditional talk therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based therapy approaches.
