About

I am comfortable working with clients from nearly any age bracket, cultural background or socioeconomic group. As an LGBTQ Ally, I am accepting of and welcome clients of any gender or identity. I am experienced working with families, individuals and couples. I am especially experienced in working with clients struggling with chronic pain and illness, as well as trauma, depression and anxiety. I work to develop a solid therapeutic relationship, which encourages a foundation of trust. Then I help utilizing integrative and personalized interventions.

I integrate my experience and training from a wide school of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solutions-Focused/Positive Psychology. I often utilize play therapy and art therapy interventions as part of the regulating process.

It can be difficult and even scary to seek assistance with trauma, depression and anxiety. It’s important to find someone who helps you feel accepted and safe while you are working to create a sense of stability and helping you define what will work in YOUR life, for you. I would be honored to share this important journey with you.
