About

Are you dealing with difficult relationship issues? Are you experiencing stress, anxiety or depression? Do you feel trapped in negativity? I look forward to meeting with you and working with you toward positive change.

I believe all people are unique and possess traits they can use for positive change in their lives. I use a strength-based approach in my practice to identify these traits and provide tools and coping skills my clients can use to empower their lives for the future.

I completed training under Michele Weiner-Davis, an internationally recognized relationship therapist and author, studying strength-based techniques couples can use for healthy relationship building. If you are experiencing unhealthy relationship patterns, we can work together (either individually or as a couple) to create a more loving, satisfying relationship.
