Our philosophy is based on Carl Rogers' Client Centered Theory; we start where you are with your issues. We are genuine,empathetic, and respect the right to self determination. If you can muster the motivation to contact us, we will help you find the courage to come into the office, and be a source of strength, support, and encouragement to help you work through the issues that are negatively impacting your overall quality of life. We will help you make changes to improve your life. We provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups including substance abuse services (evaluation and treatment). We provide services to sex offenders and to victims of sex offenses. We have been providing services to the Hampton Roads area for almost 30 years (as of 2024). Dr. Curry, the Owner and Clinical Director is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over 30 years experience providing clinical and casework services.
