As a counselor, I believe that my client holds the answers to their concerns, and it is my job to help them learn how to discover those answers. Solution Focused will allow us to develop immediate solutions for your current concerns, and Cognitive Behavior allows us to uncover the root cause of your concern. While I may have had similar shared experiences, I also understand that everyone's worldview is different.
