About

As a documentary filmmaker turned therapist, storytelling is at the heart of my therapy practice. I specialize in Narrative Therapy (NT), Play Therapy, Addictions Counseling (LAC-I), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Gottman Method for couples to help my clients write their next chapter. I work with a wide variety of clients (Adults, Teens, Children, and Couples) on a range of issues such as • Life Transitions • Addiction • Trauma • ADHD • Relationship Issues • Family Conflict • Parenting • Couples Counseling • OCD • Social Anxiety • Financial Instability • Sex and Kink • LGBTQIA+ issues • DHS-related cases • and more.

My approach is deeply collaborative and often creative. I love using tools like my trusty whiteboard to visualize the scenarios you're navigating and other visual aids to uncover the themes, values, and motivations that drive you. I offer tools and language to help with communication, problem solving, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.

If you’re ready to explore your story and embrace your own creative potential, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s embark on this journey together and discover the narrative that leads to a more fulfilling and authentic life. I offer in-person services in Downtown Denver and Lakewood, as well as virtual therapy. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
