You are experiencing unpleasant symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and or other mental health disorders, and at this point it is weighing you down and getting in the way of how you want to live your life. Your mental health is impacting how you want to connect with yourself and connect with the world around you. You want to experience positive emotions, but those have been dulled down and painful emotions have taken over. You are noticing your physical health is being impacted by your mental health. At this point you don't know where to turn. I believe that each person holds the key to their own healing. I use evidence-based strategies such as EMDR, CBT, & Teach Group Yoga Therapy to help guide you through the healing process. I use a somatic approach to treatment, focusing on treating trauma's that have been stored in your nervous system throughout your lifespan. Humans are born with an innate ability to connect with others, and I am here to connect with you through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I will celebrate your victories with you and sit with you during the difficult times. Time is precious, let's not waste any more time getting through each day, and start living each day.
