My orientation to therapy is cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal. I create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and we can address your unique needs. I genuinely enjoy working with people and believe people can and do achieve the life they want.

I have completed specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I regularly work with individuals experiencing a variety of symptoms, such as, Depression, Grief, Anxiety/Anxiety Related Disorders, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, PTSD, Self-Esteem Issues.
