I am a Vermont Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Supervisor, Consultant, Adjunct Professor, Keynote/Workshop Presenter and Non-Denominational Minister. Informed by Family Systems Theory, Relational Life Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will stay curious and interested in your work, give you my undivided attention, communicate understanding, witness your feelings, challenge your stressful beliefs, provide direction and support, and believe in your ability to think and act in new ways.
