Accepting NEW clients. EMAIL is the best way to reach me. Are you struggling with thoughts and behaviors that sabotage your goals, happiness and ability to feel fulfilled? When subconscious thoughts and patterns reveal themselves in therapy it creates an opportunity for healing and desired change. The client drives the work in psychotherapy and the therapist assists their clients in their exploration to heal from psychological injury and work toward desired goals. I have many years of experience working with young adults, adults and couples, treating Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Difficulties and Life Transitions. Using a psychodynamic, “talk therapy,” approach with CBT, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), you can begin to understand the roots of problems, your mind's interpretations of life events/situations and identify cognitions that affect behavior. Many times thoughts are negative and untrue. Inaccurate thoughts may have produced behaviors that may longer serve you. I bring a genuine, nonjudgmental approach that is safe to explore your life experiences, thoughts and emotions. Unlock your potential for conscious living. I believe we are doing the best we can with what we have. Change is possible with compassionate active listening, insightful interpretation and tools to cope.
