About

Many of us have learned to disconnect from parts of ourselves. This can show up in negative self talk, unsatisfying relationships, overwhelmed nervous systems, chronic pain or illness, or reactions that feel out of control or not in alignment for us. Sometimes this comes from patterns in our families, trauma, or oppression. I welcome anyone who is seeking to reconnect with themselves and others.

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is where healing happens. I offer a warm, connected, safe space, in which you can explore your experiences openly. I hear that I am direct, gentle, and playful. I try to be open about what I am thinking, and honest about what I do not know.

I identify as queer or pansexual, and love working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a background in community and sexual healthcare, and am endlessly curious about the mind-body connection. I have experience working with immigrant experiences, relational trauma, chronic pain and illness, and religious trauma. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
