Seeking support for yourself or a child can feel challenging. My hope is to assist you in navigating this process. When working with clients, I draw from a client-centered approach and utilize skills and techniques that best fit each client and their needs. I believe each client is the expert of their life and I strive to provide a supportive and accepting space we can explore change. I have experience in working with clients 3 years of age and on. As a therapist with my Registered Play Therapy Certification, I specialize and hold a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, poor self-esteem, separation anxiety, and others. I strive to provide an open and genuine space for my clients to feel supported as we work together to navigate the challenges experienced.
