Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Navigating family, health, love, and work can be complicated, especially when one or more of those areas begin to slip into crisis. You might struggle to connect with yourself or your loved ones, build new relationships, or manage new hardships. Through non-judgmental discussion and an in-depth examination and contextualization of your symptoms, we'll develop solutions for a more resilient, connected, and fulfilling way of life. I frequently work with those navigating difficult life transitions, relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and upsetting medical diagnoses. My therapeutic style is collaborative, contemplative, and direct. My integrative approach is informed by attachment and psychodynamic principles placing particular emphasis on emotions, relationships, and how the past informs the present. I work with adolescents and adults and I have a background working with patients navigating the cancer experience. Therapy can lead to a more positive sense of self and greater satisfaction in your relationships and life overall, but finding the right therapist can be hard. I offer free phone consultations where you'll have the opportunity to tell me a bit about yourself as well as ask me any questions you might have about working together.
