Hi - my name is Aurelia Erivynn. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed addictions counselor (LAC). While I work with people of all genders, I specialize in helping women build self confidence to believe in themselves and overcome obstacles getting ion the way of living a life that want to run toward rather than run away from! I typically work with adults who are striving for self improvement and will benefit more from a coaching focus toward achievable goals rather than primarily focusing on listening and self reflection. I validate and provide grounding support as you try out new skills to empower yourself to navigate gracefully through the difficult areas of life. Within a safe and open space, we will work together to apply new tools, explore and air out darker corners and work on reforming your thought system to reclaim disconnected parts for a stronger and cohesive YOU. We’ll work from a strengths-based approach to optimize your natural gifts. I pull from a variety of methods, including CBT, visualization, mindfulness practices and EMDR. I work in a gentle and supportive style. I like to help you break down issues you are working on one small step at a time.
