About

Some people experience more trauma than others. Success in therapy is feeling comfortable telling me what’s working for you—but also what isn’t working. It’s about what we can accomplish together to help you face hardship and emerge stronger and with greater purpose. That doesn’t mean your worst day is behind you. But I would like the opportunity to help you see the path that makes sense to you, and to provide you with tools that will help you daily. There is no handbook to make things easier, but there is a cooperation between us that forges strength out of your individuality and empowers you to see through the chaos into the calm.

I have devoted extra time to Impact Therapy, which provides the client with immediate support and constant feedback. We don't waste time, and client wellbeing is the focus of each session. I've also completed Level II NARM training for clients with severe/complex trauma, and I look forward to using these models to provide the best possible outcome.

The truth is, there is no perfect therapist for you. We can have common backgrounds or experiences, but in reality, two people from different walks of life can build strong bonds just by leaning into the process. I am comfortable hearing your story, regardless of how others might have reacted in the past—or if you’ve been too ashamed to share.
