About

Life can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes we feel stuck and totally alone in our experience (you are not alone!). No matter what has brought you to this moment, I believe in your resilience and your innate ability to overcome adversity. Your truth is honored and important, as you are the expert on your story. My intention is to create a safe and compassionate space, where you are able to release the beliefs that have limited you, and begin to feel empowered to live as your most authentic Self. I am passionate about supporting women and emerging adults through life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

My approach is strengths based, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw primarily from IFS (Internal Family Systems) and am currently Level 1 trained through the IFS Institute. I offer therapy for individuals in teenage years through adulthood.

I believe therapy is a courageous form of self care and that every one of us can benefit from feeling seen and heard by another supportive, open hearted soul. I genuinely look forward to meeting you! "Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it" -Brene Brown
