Are you feeling overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious? Maybe you are struggling in your relationships and want to feel more connected with others. Maybe you are someone who wants to learn more about yourself and how you interact with the world around you. Everyone has struggles that are unique to them and their past experiences. Therapy can help you view difficult issues from a different perspective. A new perspective can help you change patterns and solve problems differently, leading you to feel more comfortable in your day-to-day life. My goals in therapy are to help you feel understood and to begin to look at life through different lenses, lenses less colored by depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use an overarching strengths-based approach to guide my work in therapy. My focus over the last 6 years has been helping young adults and families work through trauma and create a life they want to live. I am currently working on my EMDR certification and use a variety of therapeutic interventions with clients. Feel free to call with any questions about therapy or for a free 15 min consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
