At’Lea Byrd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina State University and her Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families, and has provided treatment in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, helping to navigate through everyday challenges and major life changes, and processing through trauma and grief.

At’Lea understands that each client is unique, and she utilizes an eclectic therapy style to cater to each person’s individual needs. Some of the treatment modalities and techniques she uses include cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
