About

Accepting new clients now. Life can be challenging, from finishing college, to simply handling adulthood, and navigating big changes in life, to realizing you’re not where you thought you’d be by now. Maybe you are not loving work or your relationships are failing. I have worked with people who have turned to alcohol, drugs, food, or self-injury to cope with these kinds of things. Others have shut down in the form of depression or paralyzing anxiety. When these ways of handling life’s stressors are not effective, there is help. I am so proud of you for taking the first steps and prioritizing your mental health. View 4 Photos

I primarily use cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to address your specific issues. We will work together to find ways to change thoughts & address and access your feelings to enable you to have more ease in your life. For me, the key to a successful working relationship between therapist & client is true mutual understanding & respect.

You are the expert when it comes to your life story. I can assist by using my perspective and empathizing but only you know how you feel and sometimes words can fail us. I will create a safe and welcoming space for you to fully show up. The connection we create can help create a place for healing and growth.
