About

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families manage the stressors associated with having children. I focus on all phases of the process including infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, pre/post-partum emotional struggles, partner relationship issues, and decisions regarding returning to work. In addition to pre/postnatal clients, I also specialize in anxiety, depression & life transitions. With all clients, I prioritize the importance of understanding where each individual is at in his/her own journey & work toward helping each person realize his/her own best self.

My approach is holistic in nature, with emphasis on the relationship between physical, mental and emotional well-being. In therapy, we treat the entire person as it is my belief all aspects of our selves relate to one another, and by using this approach we can reach goals more effectively and efficiently.

Beginning therapy can sometimes be scary and filled with uncertainty. If that's the case for you, I invite you to check out my website to learn more about me and the process. Don't hesitate to call/email with questions. I am happy to help you walk through the process and decide what is best for you and your future!
