My office is a great place to explore difficult obstacles and challenge negative beliefs. As a clinician, it is my upmost priority to provide a safe, comfortable environment for all who step foot into my office. I understand the trust that is required to allow someone access to their innermost struggles, pain, and anxieties. It is an honor to walk with those who are hurting and I do not take that journey lightly. While there is value in looking to the past to gain insight into our present, staying there is rarely beneficial; our past informs our present, but does not dictate our future.
